Interior
This model has front bucket seats. The seats are in excellent structural condition with solid frames and springs. The head rests are cracked in a couple of places but fully functional.
The vinyl is a 'Pearlized White' color. The interior on the Cutlass Supreme was a factory upgrade and came with upgraded interior door panels and other trim, so it looks a lot nicer than most muscle cars. Since the prior restoration 10+ years ago, the vinyl has faded, but it could be updated with a fresh coat of vinyl color to make it perfect. I was waiting to decide on a paint color before making the choice on interior color changes, but aside from the faded color, the vinyl is in very good shape.
The driver's side seat bottom is separated at the back seam, it needs to be re-stitched but is otherwise solid.
Carpet is black and in excellent condition
The car comes with a complete, updated set of lap belts for the front and rear seats.
The car comes with an upgraded Hurst shifter that is floor mounted. It originally came as a column shifter which will be included with the car.
The instrument panel and dash are original. The only gauge that works is the speedometer, but I have a complete set of original gauge parts to include the original Tick-Tock-Tach (rare). I am currently using inexpensive aftermarket gauges for daily driving, but it's a good candidate for either restoration or upgrade with better aftermarket gauges.
The original AM radio comes with the car, and it still works though not installed at the present time.
Headlights, turn signals, and brake lights work fine, but the hazard switch is broken, so I cannot turn on the hazard lights.
The trunk is in excellent shape, rust free, no issues there at all. Comes with the original jack and crowbar and a larger aftermarket spare tire.
The car was an original AC car, and I have the compressor mounts (rare) and the original heater/AC box that came with the car. I have since removed it and run an aftermarket heater.
Upgraded the steering wheel but comes with the original steering wheel.
The car comfortably seats two people in the front and three in the rear seat. It's a lot of fun with the top down!
